Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onlylove-studios.vercel.appand any orders you place with OnlyLove ("OnlyLove", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) and able to form a binding contract. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.

How orders & payment work

• OnlyLove accepts payment by Zelle only. The Site does not charge your card; you send payment yourself from your bank's app.
• At checkout you will receive an order reference. You must send the exact order total to the Zelle recipient shown and include your order reference in the memo.
• You may choose one of two payment options at checkout:
  • Pay now — send your Zelle payment before we ship. We verify it, then ship.
  • Order now, pay on shipment (pay later) — place your order with nothing due up front. We contact you by email when your order is ready to ship to collect payment.
• Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only after we verify that your matching Zelle payment was received. We may decline or cancel any order.
• Zelle payments are person-to-person and are generally instant and irreversible. Send payment only after reviewing the amount, recipient, and memo. We are not responsible for payments you send to the wrong recipient or with an incorrect amount or memo; contact us promptly if you make a mistake.
• If we cannot verify your payment, your order will not ship and we will contact you.

Pay-on-shipment (pay later) policy

If you choose Order now, pay on shipment, no payment is taken when you place the order. We will email you at the address you provide when your order is packed and ready to ship, asking you to send the order total via Zelle, with your order reference in the memo.

Payment is due at that point, before the order ships. If we do not receive your matching Zelle payment within a reasonable time after we notify you that your order is shipping, the order will be cancelled and the reserved items released for sale to others. Placing a pay-later order is your commitment to pay the order total when it ships.

Pricing & availability

Prices are in US Dollars and may change at any time. Products are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we will ship a replacement where possible or refund you via Zelle.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Free standard shipping within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the OnlyLove name, logo, designs, graphics, and text — is owned by OnlyLove or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false orders or payment proof, attempting to bypass security or rate limits, scraping, or interfering with its operation.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyLove and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any payment sent in error via Zelle. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OnlyLove harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
