This Privacy Policy explains how OnlyLove ("OnlyLove", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit onlylove-studios.vercel.app(the "Site") and place an order. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Order & contact details you provide: name, email, phone (optional), and shipping address.
• Payment proof: the Zelle payment screenshot you upload, and the order reference/amount.
• Technical data: IP address and request metadata, used for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and security.
• Local storage: your shopping bag is stored in your browser only; it is not sent to us until you place an order.

We do notcollect or store credit/debit card numbers. Payments are made by you directly through Zelle inside your own bank's app; we never see your bank login or card details.

How we use your information

• To process, verify, and ship your order, and to contact you about it.
• To match your Zelle payment to your order using the order reference and screenshot.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data needed with providers that help us run the store:

• Vercel — website hosting and request logs.
• Resend — sends order-notification and confirmation emails (receives your order details + screenshot).
• Upstash — rate limiting (receives a hashed/keyed identifier such as IP or email).

Your Zelle payment itself is handled by Zelle and your bank under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep order records and payment screenshots for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns or disputes, and meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. You may ask us to delete your data sooner (see below), subject to records we must retain by law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live (e.g., California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; we will honor applicable requests.

Cookies & tracking

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only essential browser storage (your shopping bag) and the security tools described above.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, security headers, rate limiting, and bot protection) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
