Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your OnlyLove pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with any tags attached.
How to start a return
Contact us first with your order reference via Instagram @onlylove.studios or by replying to your order email. Do not ship anything back before we confirm — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued via Zelle to the account that sent the original payment, after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Please allow several business days after we receive your return for the refund to be sent.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange the exchange subject to availability.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and other reasons, items that are worn, washed, altered, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible. Any clearly marked final-sale items are not returnable except where required by law.
Wrong amount or missing memo
If you sent the wrong Zelle amount or forgot your order memo, contact us right away with your reference so we can reconcile your payment.
