Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders.

Processing time

Orders ship only after payment is received. Once payment is verified, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days. You'll be contacted if there is any delay.

Pay-on-shipment orders

If you placed an Order now, pay on shipment(pay later) order, we'll email you when it's ready to ship to collect payment via Zelle. Payment is due before the order ships — orders that are not paid after we notify you are cancelled and the items released. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately with your order reference.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier. OnlyLove is not liable for packages marked delivered but reported missing.
